What is sleep disorder?

Sleep disorder is a condition that disturbs normal sleep patterns. Whether they are caused by a health problem or by too much stress. Sleep disorders are becoming increasingly common everywhere in the world. The majority of people occasionally have trouble sleeping due to stress, busy schedules, and other external factors. However, if these issues become frequent and interfere with daily life, they may indicate a sleeping disorder.

Excessive daytime sleepiness, irregular breathing, or increased movement during sleep are some of the signs and symptoms of sleep disorders. An irregular sleep and wake cycle, as well as difficulty falling asleep, are other signs and symptoms. And also in some cases, the cause of sleep conditions is a medical or mental health condition. There are many types of sleep disorders that are categorized to explain why they happen or how they affect you.
