Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder. It is a condition in which you have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep throughout the night. It might be caused by tiredness, stress and worry, hormones, or digestive issues. It might also be an indication of a different conditio n. The disorder is most prevalent among older, adults and women. Insomnia can be a serious problem for your overall health and quality of life. It may result in: depression irritability impaired work  difficulty concentrating weight gain Insomnia is often categorized into three groups: Chronic - when insomnia happens on a regular basis for at least 1 month Intermittent - when insomnia occurs periodically Transient - when insomnia lasts for just a few nights at a time

They can be categorized by behaviors, issues with your regular sleep-wake cycles, breathing issues, difficulty falling asleep, or how sleepy you feel during the day.  There are more than 80 different sleep disorders. Some major types include: Insomnia Sleep Apnea Narcolepsy Restless leg syndrome Shift Work Disorder Parasomnias Different sleeping disorders have differing levels and types of symptoms. Sleep disorder is a condition that disturbs normal sleep patterns. Whether they are caused by a health problem or by too much stress. Sleep disorders are becoming increasingly common everywhere in the world. The majority of people occasionally have trouble sleeping due to stress, busy schedules, and other external factors. However, if these issues become frequent and interfere with daily life, they may indicate a sleeping disorder. Excessive daytime sleepiness, irregular breathing, or increased movement during sleep are some of the signs and symptoms of sleep disorders. An irregular sleep and wake cycle, as well as difficulty falling asleep, are other signs and symptoms. And also in some cases, the cause of sleep conditions is a medical or mental health condition. There are many types of sleep disorders that are categorized to explain why they happen or how they affect you.
