Shift Work Disorder
Shift work disorder, often known as shift work sleep disorder, is a syndrome that typically affects persons who work at night, early in the morning, or on rotating shifts. When individuals try to sleep, the condition may induce insomnia and/or excessive tiredness at work. Significant sleep loss is common. The average individual suffering from shift work problem sleeps one to four hours less every night.
